Most everyone gains weight with age, but a new study says there could be an unbelievably easy way to cut that gain in half: Just eat nuts. Nuts have protein and fiber, which provide a feeling of fullness, which may help with cutting back on less-wise snacks. As described in the journal BMJ Nutrition, Prevention & Health, a huge amount of nuts is not required; a handful a day will suffice. So go nuts and your waistline may thank you.
