YOUR DAILY BUZZ
If you started your day with a cup of coffee this morning, you may have been contributing to more than increased energy levels. New research indicates that coffee drinkers are better protected from heart disease, cancer, respiratory issues, strokes, diabetes, and kidney disease. And the best news is, these benefits come from compounds in the coffee itself, so whether you drink regular or decaffeinated coffee you’re equally protected. However, for your safety we do recommend limiting your caffeine intake to 400mg or less a day- roughly five shots of espresso or three to five medium cups of coffee.
