NAPPUCCINO, ANYONE?
Catching up on lost sleep is easier said than done. Researchers know for certain that missing even a little sleep can lead to weight gain and other health problems. A traditional lying-in weekend doesn’t reverse the damage, NPR reported — but there are strategies to try.
